Submit only the information needed to describe the asset and the question.

Information submitted

The briefing form collects the name, email address, organization, inquiry type, and message a visitor chooses to provide. Do not submit privileged, confidential, classified, regulated, or sensitive personal records through the public form.

How it is used

Submitted information is used to review and respond to the inquiry, assess whether a briefing is appropriate, maintain basic correspondence records, protect the service, and comply with applicable obligations. Submission does not create an engagement or a duty of confidentiality.

Service providers and technical records

Hosting and email-delivery providers may process submitted information and routine technical records needed to deliver and secure the site. Civic Bitcoin does not sell information submitted through the briefing form.

Retention and requests

Information may be retained for correspondence, security, recordkeeping, and legal purposes. A person may use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion; identity and legal-retention requirements may limit a request.
